目的探索临床实习教学的实施及管理方法,全面提高军医大学附属综合性医院临床实习带教质量。方法在临床实习教学工作中运用＂本科生导师制＂的先进带教模式,严格带教管理,注重带教质量控制,建立激励机制。结果经过实践证明,临床实习教学满意度呈上升趋势。结论 ＂本科生导师制＂的应用,提高了整体带教水平,使临床实习教学质量得以持续改进。

Object Explore the implementation and management of clinical practice teaching,and comprehensively improve the quality of Military Medical University hospital clinical practice teaching. Method the use of advanced undergraduate tutorial system with teach mode,strict teaching management,focusing on teaching for quality control and establish an incentive mechanism in clinical practice teaching.Result the satisfaction of clinical practice teaching increased.Conclusion：The application of the undergraduate tutorial system to improve the overall level of teaching for the clinical practice of teaching quality,continuous improvement.
