摘要
通过对大学生的问卷测试 ,试图了解目前大学生心理健康状况 ;通过分析研究 ,提出了在体育教学中增强和改善大学生心理健康的措施和方法。
This aricle,through questionnaire test,tries to understand the state of psychological health of University students at present,and after analysis and study,puts forward measures and methods to strengthen and improve the phychological health of university students in physical education teaching.
