皮肤温觉转导与传入机制 被引量:3

摘要 机体通过温度感受器感知内外环境温度的变化。人和哺乳类皮肤热感受器和冷感受器分别感受热刺激和冷刺激,通常能辨别的温度范围大约是-10~60℃。皮肤温度感觉不仅为维持体温在最佳恒定状态提供调节性输入信号,而且还可以感知潜在的损伤性温度刺激对机体的损伤,其传入信号参与触觉进行分辨不同物体和材料的温度,如金属与木头的性质和温度的分辨。
