摘要
从20世纪90年代末,我国陆续引入了图书馆学科馆员制度,有关的研究文献逐年增多。本文通过对有关文献的统计分析,得出了服务好用户是学科馆员制度得到认可并健康发展的关键。如何能服务好高校用户,作者提出了自己的观点,旨在使大量的图书馆资源得到充分的利用,让图书馆员无论在专业技能,还是事业发展上都有所提高,让高校的用户得到及时的帮助。
Subject librarian system of library has been introduced into China since the late 1990s,the research references related has increased year by year.Through statistical analysis on references related,this paper thinks that good serving for users is the key to get subject librarian system being approved and healthy developing.The author presents a viewpoint about how to serve the university users well,in order to fully use the vast resources in library,improve both the librarians' professional skills and career development,and provide help for university users in time.
