摘要
目的探讨惠东地区产ESBLs大肠埃希菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)同源性。方法收集我院临床各科室标本,按CLSI文件M100-S20(2010年版)判断标准明确诊断为产ESBLs大肠埃希菌92株,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳探讨产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的同源性。结果所有菌株中,相似性最高为68.50%(菌株12和菌株48),其次为57.65%(菌株6,菌株17,菌株51和菌株73)和51.44%(菌株21,菌株36和菌株80),有11对菌株相似性为0。依据Tenover等提出的PFGE条带判读标准,上述相似性超过50%的菌株对之间,有5对菌株为亲缘关系密切同源菌株,2对菌株没有同源性。结论采用PFGE检测法分析产ESBLs菌株的同源性,结合临床相关信息,可以为减少细菌对抗生素广泛耐药提供重要的临床信息。
Objective To investigate the homology of Escherichia coli with ESBLs in Huidong district by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Method Specimens were collected from our clinical departments and 92 strains of Escherichia coli with ESBLs was defined according to the diagnostic criteria of CLSI document M100-S20 (2010 version). PFGE was used to evaluate the homology of Escherichia coli with ESBLs. Results The highest similarity of all the strains was 68.50% (strain 12~strain 48) , 57.65% (strain 6, strain 17, strain 51 and strain 73) , and 51.44% (strain 21, strain 36 and strain 80) . 11 strains were without similarity. According to the band's evaluative criteria presented by Tenover, 5 pairs of the above strains with more than 50% similarity were homological, and 2 pairs of the above strains with more than 50% similarity were without homological. Conclusion With the usage of PFGE to evaluate the homology of Escherichia coli with ESBLs, combined with clinical data, could provide important clinical information in reducing the panantibiotic resistant bacteria.
