微创经皮钢板与切开复位内固定对胫骨中下段骨折的疗效对比研究

Contrastive Researches in Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis and Open Reduction and Internal Fixation to Treat Middle and Lower Tibia Fracture

目的观察微创经皮钢板与切开复位内固定对治疗胫骨中下段骨折疗效。方法将112例胫骨中下段骨折患者随机分成观察组和对照组各56例,观察组给予微创经皮钢板治疗,对照组给予切开复位内固定治疗,观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果观察组术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后下肢恢复优良率为83.93%,明显高于对照组的58.93%(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折具有出血少、固定牢靠、术后骨折愈合快等优点,是一种较佳的微创治疗方案。

Objective To observe the efficacies of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis and open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of middle and lower tibia fracture.Methods 112 cases of middle and lower tibia fracture are randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（each with 56 cases）.The observation group is treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,while the control group is treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The efficacy of both groups is observed.Results As for the observation group,its amount of bleeding and healing time of fracture were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.And its excellent rate of post-operative lower limb recovery was 83.93%,significantly higher than 58.93% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of middle and lower tibia fracture,minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis has the advantages of low bleeding,firm fixation and quick post-operative fracture healing and serves as one good minimally invasive treatment plan.
