摘要
目的探讨不同方法治疗子宫内膜非典型增生的疗效分析。方法通过随访观察回顾性分析TCRE治疗组(A组)、孕激素治疗组(B组)、TCRE术后联合应用孕激素治疗组(C组)治疗的68例子宫内膜非典型增生患者的临床资料,并对其预后及结局进行分析。结果三组患者治疗后半年好转率为100%,复发率为0,A、B、C组治疗方法对于子宫内膜非典型增生均有效;治疗后1年好转率和复发率无明显差异,没有统计学意义(P=0.18)。治疗后2,3年三组疗效比较,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论通过三种不同治疗方法疗效和时间关系的比较,得出TCRE术后联合应用孕激素是治疗子宫内膜非典型增生疗效最好的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate diagnosis and treatment methods of endometrial atypical proliferation and analysis.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of endometrial atypical proliferation were retrospectively reviewed,including TCRE treated group（group A）,progestin treatment group（group B）,TCRE postoperative combined with progestin treatment group（group C）,and the analysis of prognosis and outcome.Results Three groups of patients after treatment with half the improvement rate was 100%,and no relapse.The treatment for endometrial atypical were effective;It is no significantly improvement rate and recurrence rate after 1 year,there is no statistical significance（P=0.18）.There are significantly difference curative effect of three groups after one or two years（P0.05）.Conclusion To comparisonofthetreatment andtimeof three differentways,TCRE combined with progestin treatment of endometrialatypical isthe best method.
