摘要 学校、社会和用人单位已对高职院校学生职业道德素养的重要性有了充分认识,但在培养学生职业道德素养方面却没有成熟的、完善的教育和管理方法。本文从职业道德素养培养的特点和难点出发,利用"第二课堂"对这种方法进行探讨,可以较好地解决提高学生职业道德素养操作和管理方面的难题。 The colleges, the society and the employers have a full cognition of the importance of vocational college stu- dents' occupational moral accomplishment, but they have no mature and perfect method of education and management. In the light of the characteristics and difficulties of the training of occupational moral accomplishment, this paper discusses the method by second classroom activities and solves the problems of the operation and management of students' occupa- tional moral accomplishment by the research into the method through the second classroom activities.
