摘要
目前MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ总线在国内数控系统中得到了广泛的应用,针对MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ总线系列数控系统各控制功能和运行状态的验证测试问题,设计并实现了伺服模拟器。首先分析线型数控系统的应用背景,针对MECHATROLINK-Ⅲ总线特点和伺服模拟器的特点进行需求分析,设计伺服模拟器的硬件平台。应用SOPC技术搭建NIOS系统,通过嵌入的软核处理器处理MECHA-TROLINK-Ⅲ通信协议,并实现完整的从站伺服协议,模拟伺服电机的运动状态。
Currently MECHATROLINK-III bus has been widely used in CNC products Based on the verification of control functions and operating status about CNC system based MECHATROLINK-III bus, this paper proposed the design and implementation of Servo Simulator. By investigating the application background of bus - based CNC system and analysis the characteristics of MECHATROLINK-III bus and servo simulator, this paper designed servo simulator hardware platform. SOPC technology is used to build the Nios system. We process MECHATROLINK-III communication protocol and realize complete slave servo protocol through embedded soft core to simulate servo movement.
