制造车间瓶颈漂移因素贡献度的数字化描述方法

Digitized Description for Contribution Degree of Bottleneck Shifting Factor in the Manufacturing Shop

针对不确定性环境下制造车间生产物流瓶颈漂移现象,研究各种瓶颈漂移因素贡献度的数字化描述方法,以揭示瓶颈漂移现象和瓶颈漂移因素之间的内在联系。首先,在瓶颈、瓶颈漂移和瓶颈漂移因素概念的基础上,按照因素的影响方式,将瓶颈漂移因素分为能力因素、需求因素和能力———需求综合因素,以为瓶颈漂移因素贡献度的研究提供方向;以生产能力、生产负荷、质量保证能力和生产成本为参数,构建综合贡献因子数学模型,以实现瓶颈漂移因素对瓶颈漂移现象贡献度的定量描述,进而为生产过程控制策略的制定提供理论依据。最后,通过实例验证了该理论的有效性和正确性。

Aiming at the shifting phenomenon of production logistics in the manufacturing shop under uncertain environments, digitized description of various bottleneck shifting factors＇ contribution degree is studied to reveal the inner relations between the phenomenon of bottleneck shifting and the bottleneck shifting factors. Firstly, based on the concepts of bottleneck, bottleneck shifting and bottleneck shifting factor, according to the influence way of every factor, shifting bottleneck factors are divided into the capacity factor, the demand factor and the capacity-demand comprehensive factor, which can provide direction for studying contribution degree of bottleneck shifting factors. Taking production capability, produc- tion load, quality assurance capability and production cost as parameters, build the mathematical model of the comprehensive contribution factor to measure contribution degree of various factors affecting bottleneck shifting, which can provide theoretical basis for making production process control strategies. Finally, an example is given to testify the validation and practicability of this method.
