摘要
加工制造业中主要利用激光干涉仪和球杆仪检测机床各项误差,在对数控机床运动模型及各项误差深入研究的基础上,提出了一种基于多传感器信息融合的精度动态评估技术。将传感器安装于机床关键部位,采集其振动、电流信号并进行数据处理,提取与精度变化相关的特征,建立信号与精度间的映射模型,通过对机床各关键部位的信号监测,可以实现机床精度的动态评估。实验结果表明,机床精度变化与信号特征有明显的对应关系,具有研究价值。
Using laser interferometer and ball bar to test the accuracy of Numerical Control machine in machining and manufacturing industry, based on the research of machine moving model and error model, an accuracy testing technology based on multi-sensor data fusion technology was proposed. The sensors were fixed on the key parts of machine, acquiring and processing the vibration and current data, and extracted the characteristics which concern the accuracy changing, building the model of relation between data and accuracy, and at the end, realized the accuracy dynamic estimation by testing the data of sensors. The result showed, the accuracy changing concerns the data's characteristics, and it was with industrial prospects.
