城市群现代产业体系的评价体系构建及指数测算

Construction on Evaluation System and Index of Modern Industrial System of Urban Agglomeration

21世纪是城市群主导经济发展的世纪。城市群的作用大小是通过衡量城市群的产业结构在国家中的作用,产业体系在全球分工体系中的地位来体现的。国家十二五规划纲要提出发展结构优化的现代产业体系,融合性和集聚性是现代产业体系的重要特征。本文基于城市群现代产业体系的协调度、集聚度、竞争度三维模型,构建由28个指标组成的城市群现代产业体系的评价指标体系,测算城市群现代产业体系发展指数,为城市群结合自身特色设计合理的现代产业体系形成路径提供依据。我国三大城市群现代产业体系2010年发展指数分别为:珠三角城市群51分,长三角城市群47分,京津冀城市群43分。

Tne 21st century is the century leading economic development of urban agglomerations. The role of urban agglomeration is measured by the industrial structure in the country and industrial system in the position of the global system. The National 12th Five- Year Plan puts forward the development of structural optimization of a modern industrial system. Convergence and agglomeration is an important feature of the modem industrial system. This paper builds the 3D model of modem industrial system with coordination, concentration and competitiveness, and evaluates developed degree of modem industrial system of urban agglomeration, Throngh building developing index of modern industrial system of urban agglomeration consisting of 28 factors, the evaluation provides evidenees for paths of developing modern industrial system of urban agglomeration. This paper calculates indexes of modern industrial system of urban agglomeration in 2010： Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration 51 scores, Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration 47 mores, Jingjinji urban agglomeration 43 scores.
