碳纤维电极测定水中对氯苯酚

摘要 在自制的碳纤维电极上,研究了碳纤维电极性能和对氯苯酚(p-CP)的电化学行为,考察了扫速、pH值以及浓度对p-CP在碳纤维电极上电化学行为的影响,实验结果表明p-CP在碳纤维电极上有灵敏的电化学响应,其电极氧化还原行为受吸附过程控制,p-CP在1 mol.L-1硫酸底液中,其氧化峰电流与对氯苯酚浓度在5×10-5~10-3mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=9981),检出限为1×10-6mol.L-1,相对标准偏差为3.3%(n=10)。 The electrochemical behavior of p -chlorophenol (p -CP) with homemade carbon fiber electrode was studied by voltammetry method. The sensitive electrochemical response of p - CP to carbon fiber electrode was observed and can be applied to the determination of p - CP. The effects of sweep speed, pH value and the con- centration on the determination of p - CP were investigated. The experimental result indicates that the behavior of p - CP on carbon fiber electrode is controlled by the adsorption process. Under the optimal condition of determina- tion, in H2SO4 of 1 mol ·L^-1, its oxide peak currents in the range of 5 ×10 -5 - 10 -3mol/L^-1 have well linear relationship with p - CP concentrations, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9981, the detection limit is 1 ×10^-6 mol · L^-1 with RSD of 3. 3% (n=10).
