高校学生安全信息系统设计初探

On Design of Information System of Students' safety in Colleges and Universities

针对我国大多数高校在学生安全管理手段多停留在宣传教育、定期安全检查的水平上,其归纳总结多数是定性分析或事后分析。这种管理手段既落后又被动,很难适应现代安全管理的要求。该文提出采用信息技术建立学生安全管理系统,为定量分析提供可靠数据,对进一步掌握学生安全管理的规律,预测预报事故,防止和避免伤亡事故的发生将产生积极作用,同时,也为考核辅导员业绩提供部分量化数据。

This paper is, considering that the present situation of management of students safety in colleges and universities remains the levels of publicity, instruction, regular checking, qualitative and afterwards analysis, and that it is difficult to adapt the requirement of modern management of students＇safety owing to its falling behind and passive, to put forward a new design of information system of students＇safety, which will provide reliable data for quantitative analysis, and produce positive effects for further mastering the patterns of management of students ＂safety, forecasting possible accidents, preventing and avoiding the occurrences of injuries and deaths, mean- while, it will also provide some quantitative data for assessing instructors.
