本文通过介绍短信群发技术如何在气象传输监控系统中应用,剖析了短信平台群发的工作原理和数据流程,阐述了采用短信提示和短信通告两种方式提高气象资料传输质量的解决方案以及具体实施,并总结了该项技术的应用价值和对气象传输系统的影响。
With the introduction to how the technique of mass phone messages is applied to the monitoring system of mete- orology transmission, the article dissects the operating principle as well as data flow for the platform of mass phone messages, and expounds the practical case study on promoting transmission quality of meteorological data by the two patterns -- message warning and message announcement. In addition, the article summarizes its application value and influence on the system of meteorology transmission.
