常州市流动儿童家长健康素养状况及相关因素分析

Health literacy status and correlative factor analysis on parents of the floating children in Changzhou

目的调查常州市流动儿童家长健康素养状况,对相关因素进行分析,为健康教育干预提供方向和依据。方法从流动人口学校抽取916位学生家长进行面对面的问卷调查。结果流动儿童家长健康素养水平为8.19%,知识知晓率为59.32%,低于江苏省人群的平均水平;文化程度、生活状态、工作状态和社会支持与健康素养知识知晓呈正相关。结论流动儿童家长的健康素养水平偏低,应根据相关因素采取相应的健康教育综合干预措施。

Objective To know about health literacy status of parients of floating children in Changzhou and correlative fac- tors were analyzed,so as to provide a basis of intervention. Methods A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted for 916 parients of students, who were selected from migrant population schools. Results It was found that health literacy level was 8.19 %, knowing knowledge rate was 59.32 ~//0. It was shown that literacy level was lower than the level of J iangsu Province on an average; the educational background, the living conditions,the working status and the social support existed a positive cor- relation with the knowing of health literacy knowledge. Conclusion The parents of the floating children were lack of health lit- eracy. Therefore,the corresponding comprehensive interventional measures should be carried out in terms of the influence fac- tors of health education.
