摘要
高压电动机加变频器后,由于电流互感器饱和以及保护算法不适用于变频情况,使常规差动保护不得不退出运行,造成主保护缺失。为此分析了变频运行后电动机差动保护的保护范围、保护功能和速断保护,提出了变频改造后电动机保护的配置方案,该方案能够在电动机变频或工频运行时提供有效的保护。
When the frequency converter is applied for the high-voltage motor, the regular differential protec- tion has to be out of operation since the TA saturation and protection algorithm are not applicable for frequen- cy conversion control. That leads to the loss of main protection. Therefore, through the analysis of the protec- tion range, protection function and quick break protection of the differential protection for the motor after fre- quency conversion operation, this paper presents the configuration scheme of motor protection after applying frequency conversion. This scheme can provide effective protection when motor is in frequency conversion or power frequency operation.
