Transformation of Grinding Roll for HP1003 Coal Mill

通过对HP1003型中速磨煤机运行情况的分析,针对磨煤机运行使用过程中存在的磨辊装置轴承箱易漏入煤粉的问题,采用加装密封风的方法进行改进,不仅大大提高了磨煤机运行的安全可靠性,减少了磨煤机日常维护的工作量,而且降低了检修维护费用。

Through the analysis on the actual operation situation of HP1003 medium-speed mill, the method of installing seal air is adopted for improvement to deal with the problem of the pulverized coal easily leaking into the bearing box of grinding roller when the coal mill is in operation. It not only improves the safety and reliability the repair of mill operation greatly, reduces the workload of routine maintenance of the mill but also lowers and maintenance costs.
