摘要 利用吹扫捕集-GC/MS方法检测地下水中挥发性有机物,并优化了吹扫捕集条件和二级质谱条件.各组分的线性方程相关系数均在0.999 1以上,方法检出限为0.1~0.4μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.6%~6.9%(n=7),加标回收率为84.9%~101%.建立的方法检出限低,精密度好,干扰少,便捷,适合于大批量地下水中挥发性有机物的检测. Volatile organic compounds were determined by purge and trap-GC/MS,then the conditions of purge and trap treatment and secondary mass were optimized.The correlation coefficients of the calibration curve equations were above 0.999 1.The detection limit of method for VOCs was 0.1~0.4 μg/L and the recoveries was 84.9%~101% with precision of 1.6%~6.9%(n=7).The method provides the advantages of simple operation,accuracy,high efficiency,and is suitable for the determination of VOCs in batch of groundwater samples.
