摘要
以家族企业为代表的民营企业占了中国GDP的60%、就业增长的70%。其中最具影响力的企业都已经处于完成接班或正在接班、即将接班的过程中。本文通过54个样本的数据研究和国内外相关文献的综述,分析出接班的五种模式以及碰到的深层问题,并根据"长寿企业"的特点提出相关的对策建议。
Private enterprises,represented by family businesses,have contributed 60% of Chinese GDP and 70% growth of China's employment rate.Among them,the most influential ones belong to either post-succession stage or transitory stage.Through the study of the data of 54 core samples and the summary of related domestic and international articles,this paper analyzes five patterns of succession and the underlying problems each one encounters.The paper also advises these corporations with experiences borrowed from other successful enterprises.
