阐明了组织开展电力需求侧管理城市综合试点的重大战略和现实意义,介绍并解析了电力需求侧管理城市试点的工作重点,以及电力需求侧管理城市试点专项财政奖励政策。
In this paper, the strategic and realistic signifi-cance of comprehensive DSM city pilot is stated. The key missions of the pilot are introduced, and the special financial incentive poli- cies designated for pilot cities are analyzed and explained.
