解郁汤合黛力新治疗恶性肿瘤伴抑郁症临床研究

Clinical Study on Jieyu Decoction Combined with Deanxit on the Treatment of Malignant Tumor with Depression

目的:探讨解郁汤合黛力新治疗恶性肿瘤伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将84例恶性肿瘤伴发抑郁症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用黛力新治疗,治疗组加用解郁汤治疗(方药组成:郁金12 g,紫胡15 g,香附g,枳壳15 g,陈皮15 g,夜交藤g,,川芎g,,白花蛇舌草45 g,半枝莲12 g,丝瓜络6 g,甘草3 g)治疗。两组均连续用药60 d后评价疗效。结果:两组治疗后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿减分率均显示,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解郁汤合黛力新治疗恶性肿瘤伴发抑郁症疗效显著,且安全性高,依从性好。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of decoction for resolving depression combined with Deanxit in treating malignant tumor with depression.Methods：84 cases of malignant tumors with depression patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Deanxit for treatment while the treatment group was additionally given Jieyu Decoction（Prescription consists of：turmeric 12 g,Bupleurum 15 g,nutagrass flatsedge rhizome,Fructus 15 g,tangerine peel 15 g,caulis polygoni multiflori,hemlock parsley,Hedyotis diffusa 45 g,the Scutellaria barbata 12 g,the loofah 6 g,licorice 3 g）.The curative effects in both groups were evaluated after treated for 60 days.Results：Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） and Hamilton reduction rate of two groups after treatment both presented that the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxit has significant curative effects in treating malignant tumors with depression,with high security and good compliance.
