Clinical Application Examples of Acupoints Baliao by Professor Gao Xiyan

目的:探讨八髎穴在临床中用于治疗腹泻、便秘的临床疗效。方法:通过病例举证具体分析针刺八髎穴治疗腹泻、便秘的临床疗效。结果:八髎穴临床运用广泛,而现在临床上多用八髎穴来治疗腰痛及妇科疾病等,而较少用于其他方面,高希言教授根据多年临床经验,运用八髎穴治疗便秘、腹泻。结论:针灸八髎穴治疗便秘和腹泻疗效显著且无不良反应,并能从根本上改善症状。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the acupoints Baliao in the clinical treatment of diarrhea and constipation.Methods：The clinical efficacy of acupuncturing acupoints Baliao for the treatment of diarrhea and constipation were given a concrete analysis through case testification.Results：The clinical application of acupoints Baliao was in a wide range,and now they are applied mostly for the treatment of low back pain and gynecological diseases in clinical practice,and less for the other aspects.Professor Gao Xiyan used acupoints Baliao to treat constipation and diarrhea based on years of clinical experiences.Conclusion：Acupuncturing acupoints Baliao for the treatment of constipation and diarrhea has significant effect with no adverse reactions and could fundamentally improve symptoms.
