超声雾化吸入配合复方冬凌草含片治疗慢性咽喉炎临床研究

Ultrasonic Atomizing Inhalation Combined with the Compound Rubescens Lozenge for the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngolaryngitis

目的:探讨超声雾化吸入配合复方冬凌草含片治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例慢性咽喉炎患者分为对照组32例和观察组34例。对照组采用复方冬凌草含片;观察组在对照组基础上用庆大霉素、地塞米松、α-糜蛋白酶行超声雾化吸入,连续7 d为1个疗程。2个疗程复查,3个月后随访观察两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率为94.11%,对照组有效率为69.75%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声雾化吸入配合复方冬凌草含片治疗慢性咽喉炎有消炎、镇咳、祛痰的作用,疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation combined with the compound rubescens lozenge for the treatment of chronic pharyngolaryngitis.Methods：66 patients with chronic pharyngolaryngitis were divided into the control group with 34 cases and the observation group with 32 cases.The control group was given compound rubescens lozenge while the observation group was additionally given atomizing inhalation based on the treatment given to the control group.The medicinal gentamicin,dexamethasone and α-chymotrypsin were given for ultrasound inhalation with 7 d as a course of treatment.The patients were checked again after two courses of treatment and the the curative effects were observed with 3-month follow-up.Results：The curative effects of the observation group and the control group were 94.11% and 69.75% respectively.The observation group were significantly better than the control group and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The ultrasonic atomizing inhalation combined with the compound rubescens lozenge has anti-inflammatory,antitussive and expectorant effects for the treatment of chronic pharyngolaryngitis,which shows significant effect.
