“六穴九针”法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study on "Six Acupoints and Nine Needles" for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨"六穴九针"法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例进行疗效观察,治疗组采用"六穴九针"法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,3个疗程后进行统计分析。结果:治疗组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为77.59%,两组有效率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05),"六穴九针"法疗效明显优于常规针刺法。结论:"六穴九针"法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ＂six acupoints and nine needles＂ for the treatment of lumbar with 60 cases in each group disc herniation.Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group for the observation of the curative effects.The treatmet group was given ＂six acupoints and nine needles＂ for treatment,while the control group was given routine acupuncture treatment.The statistical analysis was conducted after three courses of treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,while the effective rate of the control group was 77.59%.The effective rate of two groups had statistically significant differences after statistical treatment（P0.05）.The curative effects of ＂six acupoints and nine needles＂ method was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture method.Conclusion：The ＂six acupoints and nine needles＂ method has good clinical efficacy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
