摘要
在2#高炉停炉前的半年多时间里,通过研究煤粉燃烧特性,加强设备管理,优化高炉操作制度,提高风温、富氧等措施。成功的在孰料率低、综合品位低、渣量高,主流生矿比例低且低品位杂矿比例高的不利条件下,实现炉况长周期稳定高效运行,同时高炉在提高煤比方面也取得较大进步。
During half a year before #2 BF blowing off, although unfavorable conditions such as low clinker modulus, low grade and high slag quantity, proportion of mixed ore higher than that of low grade raw ore, a long-run smooth operation of BF was ensured and great improvement has been made in raising coal ratio by some measures such as studying com- bustion characteristics of pulverized coal, strengthening facility management, optimizing operation system, rising blast temperature and oxygen enrichment.
