摘要
"双师"执教过程中存在着专任教师实践能力不强、兼职教师难以聘任、兼职教师教学能力不足、专兼职教师融合度不够等问题。通过加强校企合作,组织专任教师下企业实践,聘请合格的兼职教师并提升兼职教师教育教学能力,加强专兼职教师团队建设,完善考核体系等举措,确保"双师"执教实效。
"Double-competency" teaching staff coaching process there are a full-time teachers' practical ability is not strong,part-time teacher is difficult to engage,part-time teachers teaching ability insufficiency,the specialized teacher alignment problem such as not enough.By strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the organization full-time teachers the enterprise practice,hire qualified part-time teachers,and ascend part-time teachers education teaching ability,strengthen specialized teacher team construction,perfect the evaluation system,and some other measures,to ensure that "the double teacher" coaching actual effect.
