高职“双师”执教过程中的问题及对策

"双师"执教过程中存在着专任教师实践能力不强、兼职教师难以聘任、兼职教师教学能力不足、专兼职教师融合度不够等问题。通过加强校企合作,组织专任教师下企业实践,聘请合格的兼职教师并提升兼职教师教育教学能力,加强专兼职教师团队建设,完善考核体系等举措,确保"双师"执教实效。
