The paper gives Zhejiang Business Technology Institute operation and management of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run programs as an example to explore constructing management team tactics and implement path of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run programs and to discuss existing malpractices and achieving effects in the hope of that these will be helpful to other Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run program management in higher vocational education colleges as references.
