An Investigation Report of the Quality and Evaluation on the Post Practice in Vocational Colleges

以建立顶岗实习的评价体系为目标,通过对顶岗实习实践环节展开调查,按照评价主体、评价标准、评价方式、控制手段四个方面设计调查内容,在对学校、企业、学生三方调研的基础上,以实践性、针对性、可操作性为原则,结合高职教育发展的新形势,为学校、企业双方共同制定、完善、实施学生顶岗实习环节的全方位、全过程的有效监控措施和合理评价体系提供调查数据研究分析。

The article aims at establishing the evaluation system on students’ post practice.Through the investigation and research on the specific steps in students’ post practice,the article designs the survey contents into four aspects,which are evaluation subjects,evaluation standards,evaluation methods and quality control approaches.Based on the principles of practicality,pertinence and maneuverability,the article makes the research on the data collected through the college,the enterprises and the students related.Considering the tendency of vocational education development,the article aims at providing valuable research analysis for the college and the enterprises,which is very significant for them to draw up and perfect the control and evaluation system in students’ post practice.
