摘要
以江苏省盐城技师学院2009、2010届毕业生为对象进行问卷调查,通过技工院校学生生存发展需求及就业状况调查的信息呈现,对其职业选择和职业适应性问题进行研究,认为层级化生涯教育是解决职业问题的有效途径。
This essay is based on the results of questionnaires towards graduates of the 2009 and 2010 session from Yancheng Technicians’College,with the data represented by research of survival development needs and employment status of students from technicians’colleges and analysis of issues of occupation choice and adaptation which result in the end that the hierarchical occupation career education is a effective way to solve the occupation problems.
