摘要
顶岗实习是技工学校教学内容的重要组成部分,如何加强对学生的顶岗实习管理工作,培养出受企业欢迎的一线员工,已经成为技工学校当前的重要任务。以某班级顶岗实习情况为例,针对学生实习初期频繁"跳槽"的现象进行原因分析,探索解决对策,旨在提高学生顶岗实习以及校企合作的稳定性。
Post practice is an important part of the technical schools teaching content.How to train students to be employees welcomed by enterprises has become an important task of the technical schools.In this paper,take a class as an example,analysis the cause of internships students ＂job-hopping＂,designed to improve the stability of students＇ post practice and school-enterprise cooperation.
