摘要
中小学校长培训工作在促进教育改革和学校发展中,发挥着越来越重要的作用,已经被视为成功实现学校发展和教育改革的重要策略之一。基于对中小学校长职业定位的专业性、学术性、实践性、发展性的整体要求,把握国家相关的培训政策,明确培训管理者和培训者的目标任务,理解全省中小学校长培训工作的主旨,对建构培训新模式、创设培训新内容、提高培训有效性会起到积极推动作用。
The training to headmasters plays a more and more important role in promoting education reform and school develop- ment, which has already been regarded as one of the important strategies for the successful implementation of school development and educational reform. The paper analyzes occupation orientation to the primary and secondary school principals, and puts forward the o- vend] requirements, like professional, academic nature, practice, and development. It is important for us to grasp the related national policy, pinpoint the target of training managers and trainers, and understand the purpose of training, which will play a positive role in promoting the construction of the new mode of training, the content, and the validity of training.
