摘要
用平行组合合成方法 ,一次进行 15个反应 ,用气相色谱对反应进行跟踪分析 ,考察了 6种溶剂、5种碱对生产喹禾灵等除草剂的关键中间体对甲苯磺酸乳酸乙酯合成收率的影响 ,发现极性溶剂对反应有利。在工艺研究中应用组合化学方法 ,会节省时间和工作。
reactions were run at the same time with parallel combinatorial strategy for the process study of ethyl (p-tosylate) lactate which is a key intermediate in the manufacturing aryloxyphenoxy herbicides such as quizalofop-ethyl. The preliminary results showed that the polar solvents are better to the reaction. It seems that the combinatorial strategy is a useful tool for the process study of some chemicals.
