A New Combined Time-Delay Adaptive Filter

本文旨在介绍一种新的自适应滤波器及其算法。这种新的自适应滤波器称为组合时延自适应滤波器,它将通常 FIR 自适应滤波器的某些优点结合在一起。尤其是它的简单结构,对具有长周期信号响应的复盖以及较快的收效速度,都表明这种滤波器具有独特的优点。这种自适应滤波器适用于基带二线全双工传输系统,特点是可作为 ISDN U-接口用户环路的回波消除器。在实现上,这种新的结构主要基于一片 DSP 芯片。

This paper is intended to present a new adaptive filter and its algorithm.This new adaptive filter,called combined time-delay adaptve filter,combines some advantages possessed by common types of the FIR adaptive filter together.In particular,its simple configuration and its coverging to a long period of signal response as well as a fast convergence speed manifest the adaptive filter unique virtues.In addition,this adaptive filter is more suitable to the baseband fullduplex two-wire data transmission system, particularly in the ISDN U-interface subscriber loop as an echo canceller.In implemen- tation,the new architecture is mainly based on a Digital Signal Processor(DSP)chip.
