气相色谱法测定饲料添加剂中的抗氧化剂

Determination of Antioxidant in Forage Additives by Gas Chromatography

建立了气相色谱法同时测定饲料添加剂中２.６－二丁基羟基甲苯（ＢＨＴ），丁基对羟基茴香醚（ＢＨＡ），特丁基对苯二酚（ＴＢＨＱ）的方法。校正曲线的线性范围为０．２～５０．０ｍｇ／ｍＬ（ＢＨＴ），０．２～４０．０ｍｇ／ｍＬ（ＢＨＡ）、０．７—７０.０ｍｇ/ｍＬ（ＴＢＨＱ）。平均回收率９８．２％（ＢＨＴ）、９５．７％（ＢＨＡ）、９２．１％（ＴＢＨＱ）。该方法简便、准确。

A method for determination of dibutyl hydroxy toluene(BHT),butyl hydroxy anisol(BHA) and tetra-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in forage additives by gas chromatography was established. The result showed that the linear ranges of calibration curves were 0.2～40. 0mg/mL for dibutyl hydroxy toluene, 0. 2～ 50.0mg/mL、 for butyl hydroxy anisol and 0.7～70. 0mg/mL for tetra-butylhydroquinone; recoveries were 98.2% for dibutyl hydroxy toluene,95.7% for butyl hydroxy anisol and 92.1% for tetra-butylhydroquinone. The method is simple and accurate.
