摘要
介绍了KY -5 86型受阻酚抗氧剂中试生产的工艺流程 ,分析了影响产品质量及收率的重要因素 (物料配比、温度、反应时间、催化剂等 ) ,提出了最佳生产工艺条件。
The technical process of hindered phenol antioxidant KY-586 in the pilot-plant test was introduced. The main factors affected the quality and the yield of the product,such as material ratio,temperature,time and catalyst,were analyzed.The optimum conditions for the process were proposed.
