镁极化液治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征的临床观察

目的:观察镁极化液治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:把162例急性脑卒中所致脑心综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例在常规治疗基础上,给予镁极化液治疗,对照组82例给予肌苷针剂治疗,疗程14天,观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率93.8%,对照组73.2%。两组差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组,无明显不良反应。两组治疗后心电图、心肌酶改变比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:镁极化液治疗急性脑卒中致脑心综合征有较好疗效,不良反应小。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of magnesium in combi- nation with glucose - insulin - potassium （ Mg - GIK） on cerebrocardiac syndrome af- ter stroke. Methods： 162 patients with cere- broeardiac syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 80 ） and control group （ n = 82）. The patients in control group were treated with inosine injection, while the patients in treatment group ,on the basis of routine therapy, were treated with Mg- GIK, and the treatment course was 14 days for both groups. After one treatment course, the clinical efficacy and adverse re- actions were compared between two groups. Results ：The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93. 8% and 73.2% respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group. There were few adverse reactions in the treatment group. After treatment, ariythmia, ST - T andmyocardium enzyme were greatly improved , there were significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Mg - GIK has good clinical curative in treating cere- brocardiac syndrome after stroke.
