开腹子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术的临床对比

目的:对比开腹子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术的疗效,探讨二者的优劣势。方法:选取68例子宫切除术患者,随机分为对照组(开腹子宫切除术组)33例、研究组(阴式子宫切除术组)35例,对比分析二者的临床疗效。结果:研究组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:阴道式子宫切除术具有安全性、术后并发症少等优点。
