变形链球菌在义齿合金表面黏附的相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:模拟口腔变形链球菌浓度和可摘局部义齿佩戴时间,研究菌液浓度和浸泡时间对变形链球菌在钴铬合金(CoCr)表面黏附的影响,为尽可能减少细菌在可摘局部义齿表面的黏附提供参考。方法:采用体外培养法,将钴铬合金试件放入不同浓度的含变形链球菌的人工唾液中,浸泡不同的时间,测定和分析变形链球菌的黏附量。结果:在不同变形链球菌浓度的人工唾液中培养24小时,菌液浓度对变形链球菌在钴铬合金表面黏附的有一定的影响;在相同变形链球菌浓度的人工唾液中培养不同时间,时间对细菌黏附有明显影响。结论:菌液浓度和浸泡时间会影响变形链球菌在钴铬合金表面的黏附,佩戴义齿的人们应减少可摘局部义齿的连续佩戴时间,以减少细菌在义齿表面的黏附。
