The Use of Effluent Circulating Cooling Water As Make-Up Water for Demineralized Water

山东省德州地区水资源紧缺 ,为了节约用水 ,采用反渗透技术处理循环冷却水系统的排污水 ,使之用作脱盐水的补充水 ,文中介绍了预处理工艺 ,反渗透工艺参数和运行中的注意事项等。此方法为循环冷却水排水的利用开辟了一条新途径 ,既节约了水资源 ,又减少了污水排放。

Water resources are short in Dezhou District of Shandong Province.To save water,reverse osmosis technology was used in the treatment of the effluent water from a circulating cooling water system so as to use it for make_up water for demineralized water.Pre_treatment process,reverse osmosis process parameters and precautions in operation are introduced.This technology creates a new way for the utilization of effluent circulating cooling water,which saves water resources and decreases the discharge of wastewater.
