中小学新任教师专业精神阙失的深层分析——制度的解构和建构的视角 被引量:1

摘要 我国高等师范院校转型、师范教育课程设置以及教师资格证制度等改革中存在不足,这造成中小学新任教师虽然具有熟练的专业技能,但是在专业精神方面存在阙失。本文通过分析和借鉴其他国家教师教育中的成功经验,提出了重塑教师专业精神的策略。
