摘要
目的:旨在评估腹腔镜宫外孕手术的临床效果。方法:评估随机抽样选取300例宫外孕患者,其中150例采用微创腹腔镜手术,另150例采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复工作时间和手术并发症。结果:观察组与对照组在手术时间上的差异无统计学意义,在术中出血量术后杭生素使用天数和平均住院日的指标上,观察组均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕安全,具有术中出血少创伤小恢复快住院时间短等优点。
Objective： the paper aims to eval- uate the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery in ectopic Metholcls： pregnancy. The evaluation randomly chooses 300 hundred cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, of which 150 adopt the minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery,the other 150 cases adopt the traditional open surgery. Results ： Through the observation of operation time, post - operation hemorrhage, post - opera- tion recovery time to work and complications, the paper draws such a conclusion that： the observation group and the control gYoup have no statistical significance in operation time, and the observation group is better than the control group in the days of using antibiotic for post - operation hemorrhage and the average days in hospital, the differences have statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclueion ： laparoscopic surgery to treat ectopic pregnancy is much safer,and it has many advantages as less intra - opera- tion hemorrhage ,smaller trauma and quicker recovery and so on.
