摘要
目的:探讨补佳乐(戊酸雌二醇)联合卡孕栓(卡前列甲酯栓)在绝经后取环中的应用效果。方法:将绝经后要求取环患者160例随机分为研究组及对照组,各组80例;研究组术前7天每天口服补佳乐1mg,术前30分钟肛门放置卡孕栓500μg;对照组未做特殊处理。结果:取环成功率:研究组96.25%,对照组61.25%(P<0.01)。结论:补佳乐联合卡孕栓可软化、松弛宫颈,使取环容易操作,提高取环成功率。
Objective：To study the effects of Progynova united Carboprost on removal of intrauterine device （ IUD ） in postmenopausal women. Methods ： 160 postmenopausal women for removal of IUD were randomly paired by the stratified sampling method and divided into study group and control group, 80 cases for each. The study group had been given Progynova 1 mg, once every day, for 7 days;50oμ g Carboprost had been placed in the anal 30 minutes before operation. The ,control group had not been given any special treatments. Results：Success ratio of removal of IUD： the study group was 96.25% and the control group was 61.25% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Progynova combine Carboprost can make the cervix Soft and flabby, easy for peration ,improve success ratio, is worth of ：spreading.
