利多卡因、复方丹参注射液治疗顽固性头痛疗效观察

目的:探讨利多卡因复方丹参注射液治疗顽固性头痛的临床疗效。方法:收治顽固性头疼患者68例,随机分成对照组和观察组各34例,对照组应用复方丹参注射液16～20ml加入500ml液体静滴,观察组在对照组的基础上加利多卡因100mg,加入500ml液体静滴,1次/日,3天1个疗程,连用2个疗程。结果:观察组治愈21例,治愈率61.8%,好转12例,好转率35.3%,无效1例,总有效率97.1%;对照组治愈8例,治愈率23.5%,好转50.0%,无效9例,总有效率73.5%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:利多卡因、复方丹参注射液治疗顽固性头痛疗效显著。

Objective： To study the lidocaine eompound danshen injection intractable headaches the clinical curative effect of the treatment. Methods：the data of our hospital from February 2011 to march of 68 cases of resistant treatment in patients with head- ache, random into the control group and the observation group all 34 cases and control application of the compound danshen injec- tion 16 to 20 ml to 500 ml liquid static drops, the observation group in the control group based on more pronounced the Cali- fornia 100 mg, to join 500 ml liquid static drops,one a day,three days for 1 treatment, act 2 treatment. Results： the observation group 21 cases were cured, cure rate was 61.8% ,improvement in 12 eases,the recov- ery is 35.3% ,and the invalid in 1 ,and the total effective rate was 97.1% ;The control group cure 8;An example, cure rate was 23. 5%, improvement 50. 0%, 9 cases failed, with the total effective rate of 73.5% ,with significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： lido- caine, compound danshen injection treatment resistant headache curative effect is distinct, is worthy to be popularized.
