米非司酮配合中药终止早孕362例的观察

目的:探讨米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍中药终止早孕的临床效果观察。方法:观察182例早孕患者口服米非司酮及米索前列醇与180例早孕患者口服米非司酮及米索前列醇配伍中药流产疗效判定。结果:中药配合米非司酮及米索前列醇药流成功率明显高于对照组,两组间比较有统计学意义。结论:米非司酮及米索前列醇配伍中药流产提高完全流产率,缩短出血量及出血时间。

Objective：To discuss clinic effect observation on stopping early pregnancy by mifepristone and misoprostol cooperating with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： To observe 182 patients of early pregnancy raking orally mifepristone and misoprostol and 180 patients of early pregnancy taking orally mifepfistone with misoprostol compati- ble with traditional Chinese medicine to a- bort and judge the curative effect. Results： ＇,Success of drug abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol compatible with traditional Chinese medicine is obviously higher than control group. Comparison between the two groups has the significance of statistics. Con- clusion： Mifepristone and misoprostol com- patible with traditional Chinese medicine improve complete abortion rate and decrease hemorrhage amount and time.
