炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻86例临床疗效观察

目的:分析研究炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收治秋季腹泻患儿86例,回顾性分析临床资料。将86例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组给予炎琥宁治疗,对照组给予病毒唑治疗,疗程5～7天。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组在总有效率和临床症状消失时间与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻止泻时间、粪便性状恢复正常时间短,症状消失快,临床疗效显著。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of Yanhun- ing infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods： A retrospective analysis January 2011 Decem- ber to 2011 86 cases in our hospital during the fall of the clinical data of the children with diarrhea. 86 cases were randomly divid- ed into treatment group and control group 43 cases,the treatment group received the Yan- huning treatment and control group were giv- en fibavirin treatment 5 to 7 days. Observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results ：The total effective rate and the clin- ical symptoms disappeared time compared with control group there was significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yanhun- ing treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea the antidiarrheal time, stool recovery time is short, the symptoms disappeared quickly, and significant clinical effect.
