摘要
目的:探讨改良动态髌股关节轴位的体位设计,建立一种最佳的投照方式观察髌骨轨迹。方法:对40例患者进行双膝关节动态髌股关节轴位摄影,双膝关节分别屈曲15°、30°、45°、60°、90°,X线球管向头侧倾斜10°±5°,焦片距150~200cm,中心线与髌骨长轴平行,从双侧髌骨后缘连线中点水平摄入。患者胸部、甲状腺、性腺用防辐射铅围裙遮盖。结果:在40例病例中摄片200张,优级片198张,优片率99%;良级片2张,良片率1%;差片0例。结论:经过改良动态髌股关节轴位投照方式简便易行,患者易于配合,接受X线辐射大大减少,且图像质量明显提高,双侧对比观察利于诊断,更符合临床诊断要求。
Objective:To assess the posture of improved dynamic axial patellofemoral joint radiography examination and establish an optimal projection for patellar tracking. Methods:40 patients were checked by bilat- eral dynamic axial patellofemoral joint radio- graphy with bilateral knee flexion15°, 30°, 45° ,60° ,90° respectively. The x - ray tube inclined to the head 10° + 5° with focus - film distance of 150 - 200cm. The center line parallel to the long axis of the patella and intake from the midpoint of bilateral pa- tellar posterior edge line. The patient 's chest, thyroid, gonadal were covered by ra- diation lead apron. Results:There were 198 excellent films with ratio of 99%, 2 good films with ratio of 1% and 0 poor fihn in 200 films of 40 patients. Conclusion: The improved dynamic axial patellofemoral joint radiography examination is simple and prac- tical for patients. X -ray radiation is greatly reduced and the image quality is obviously improved. Comparative observation of bilat- eral knee joint is more conducive to the re- quirement of the clinical diagnosis.
