摘要
该文从事故致因理论出发 ,分析了人 -物 -环境等因素对民爆器材运输安全的影响 。
Based on the fault causing theory,the man object environment factors influencing the transportation safety of industrial explosive materials were discussed in this paper,and some applications of the theory to the practice of transportation were also performed. [
