高频彩超在睾丸扭转诊断中的临床价值分析

目的:进一步探讨高频彩超在睾丸扭转中的临床价值。方法:对16例睾丸扭转患者的声像图特征及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:16例睾丸扭转患者均经高频彩超确诊,6例保存睾丸,10例睾丸坏死并切除,其中包括2例隐睾均经病理证实。结论:高频彩超诊断睾丸扭转是最直接的首选方法,能对扭转睾丸的存活状况做出预测,提高睾丸存活率有重要意义。

Objective： To discuss the role of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods：The clinical in- formation and ultrasound findings of 16 tes- tieular torsion patients was retrospectively analyzed. Results： In all 16 cases, 10 pa- tients suffered from testicular necrosis and resection. The rest of them （6 cases） haven undergo surgical treatment including 2 cases of cryptorchidism. All the cases were veri- fied by operation. Conclusion：High frequen- cy ultrasound is the best choice of examina- tions in diagnosis of testicular torsion. It can predict survival status of the testis and im- prove testicular survival.
