摘要
目的:探讨胰腺假性囊肿的外科治疗策略。方法:收治且行外科治疗的胰腺假性囊肿44例,采用的手术方式分别是囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y型吻合术28例,囊肿胃吻合术9例,囊肿外引流术4例,假性囊肿切除术3例。结果:44例囊肿胃吻合术和囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y型吻合组术后并发症发生率均明显低于外引流组,囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y型吻合术与囊肿胃吻合术相比,术后并发症更低,无死亡病例,疗效满意。结论:根据囊肿形成的原因、位置,大小等特点选择正确的治疗时机和治疗方案,是治疗胰腺假性囊肿成功的关键。
Objective： to study the pancreas pseudocyst of surgical treatment of strategy. Methods：a retrospective analysis in Januar- y ,2007 October 2011 were our and do surgi- cal treatment of pancreatic pseudoeyst 44 cases. Results： 44 cases by the operation modes arc respectively cyst jejunum Roux - en - Y anastomosis 28 patients, cyst and an- astomosis of the stomach in 9 cases, cyst of external drainage 4 cases, pseudocyst resec- tion in 3, cyst anastomosis and cyst jejunum stomach Roux - en - Y anastomosis of post- operative complications were significantly lower than the other group, cyst jejunum Roux - en - Y anastomosis and cyst and an- astomosis of the stomach, compared to the postoperative complications more low, no deaths, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion：according to the cause of the cyst formation, location, size characteristics such as choosing the right treatment timing and treatment, is the treatment of pancreas pseudocyst the key to success.
